At InDepth Vision, we are committed to providing high-quality eye care products and services. Due to the nature of the products we offer, we only accept returns for items that are defective.
Return Policy Guidelines:

Defective Products Only: Returns are only accepted for products that are found to be defective upon receipt or during normal use within a reasonable period.

No Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.

Return Timeframe: All claims for defective products must be reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components, such as cases, cleaning cloths, or documentation, where applicable.
