I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hickey’s for several years now and she always provides excellent eye care and advice and I can tell she is very experienced. She is very pleasant and is an excellent communicator. Visits with her are very efficient and enjoyable.

The front desk staff is always friendly, and accommodating and do a great job communicating with you about important information about your appointment. They also ensure that the appointment runs in a timely fashion.

Overall, visits at InDepth Vision are smooth, efficient, and timely, while the care is excellent and I always feel very comfortable throughout my visits.

I received an excellent and honest review. They were professional and informative in their assessment. I also appreciate how honest they were and telling me that while there may be a few treatments they can offer me, the treatments were unlikely to make a material difference from my specific eye condition. This means, vision therapy may help me but it is not going to drastically improve my eye problems. I appreciate their honesty as other people may take your money saying their services can help to imply that it will make a big difference in your life. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go there for an honest and fair assessment.

VERY impressed with InDepth! Had my own great first experience a couple of months ago with Dr. Hickey. I was pleased with the very warm and friendly ladies at the front desk, and Dr. Hickey's kind and informative approach, but was wowed by the response yesterday to an emergency situation with my son, not only how quickly they were able to see him but the very kind and sensitive demeanor Dr. Cookson had, and how comfortable they all made us both feel. Highly recommend! Thank you, ladies! Really appreciate your professionalism and kindness!

Dr Cookson is amazing and great with kids. My son is hard of hearing and I asked her if she could wear FM System and she said for sure 😃. She was great to listen to my concerns and questions and took the time with me. My son needs to have vision therapy and she was very helpful to inform me on what to help him with at school and at home. I’m truly grateful my son is finally getting the help he needs. After seeing three Optometry finally one figured out the problem with his vision. She is amazing and her staff is too. Everyone is so very welcoming and great with kids and adults. Thank you for everything you have done 😊 for my son and my other kids.

Amazing! Dr. Cookson is capable, kind, and great with children. We've taken both our kids to see her and have always had a great experience. Would highly recommend!
