Employee Spotlight: Anamae
Meet Anamae, a Patient Care Coordinator at InDepth Vision who has been an integral part of our team for the past four years. As a Patient Care Coordinator, Anamae is the first and last person you will talk to at the clinic. Her duties include scheduling appointments, pre-testing patients, and assisting the doctor with patient care. It’s tough to put into words Anamae’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts.
Calm and Collected
Anamae is efficient, reliable, and always proficient at executing her job duties. She has a friendly and approachable personality, making patients and co-workers feel welcome when they enter the office.
Anamae always ensures that patients receive full customer service and that their visit is smooth and efficient. She is also prepared for whatever the situation may bring, and her calm demeanor and communication skills are appreciated by all.
Additionally, Anamae is a proven problem solver and has fantastic perseverance. Therefore, she always rises to the challenge when following up on referrals and reports for patients.
The Cupcake Queen
Anamae has a talent for making amazing cupcakes and cakes. She is the prize baker for any Birthdays or Anniversaries in the clinic (She even made Dr. Cookson’s wedding cake). As a result, we all look forward to any excuse for Anamae to bake. That’s not all! She also takes beautiful photos and helps to share all InDepth Vision celebrations.
In addition, Anamae is a proud mum to her daughter and fur baby chinchilla. We are incredibly proud of her personal and professional accomplishments and believe she has a fruitful future ahead.
